Provinces of Cuba

provinces of cuba

Cuba is one of the most diverse islands in the Caribbean, geographically as well as culturally. It is divided into 15 provinces and a special municipality.

Islands of the Bahamas

The Bahamas feature more than 2,000 islands and cays, many of which are uninhabited. They are scattered in a rough arc over a large corner of the Atlantic Ocean, from 50 miles off the coast of Florida in the northwest to 60 miles north of Haiti at the south-easternmost point. If you’re travelling from island to island the main way to get around is by boat, which is the cheapest, most frequent and most flexible mode of transport. The simplest way to divide the Bahamas is to break it down into 16 islands and archipelagos, each with something special to offer, whether you want colourful resort life or seclusion and serenity.

States of the USA

The USA consists of 50 states plus the federal district of Washington, D.C. which is not part of any state. Each has its own laws and requirements for marrying. You’ll also discover that each state and federal district is unique and possesses different qualities which will make the wedding of your dreams a reality.

Provinces and Territories of Canada

Canada is divided into 13 provinces and territories, with the three territories comprising its northernmost half. British Columbia and Alberta are often referred to as “the West”; Saskatchewan and Manitoba are called “the Prairies”; New Brunswick, Nova Scotia,  Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland are sometimes called “the Maritimes” or “the Atlantic Provinces”; while Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are collectively called “the North Territories”.

Provinces of the Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic is divided into 31 beautiful provinces, while the national capital, Santo Domingo, is known as Distrito Nacional.

States of Mexico

Mexico consists of 32 federal entities. The 31 states have their own constitution and congress, while the federal district of Mexico City has less autonomy, with a local congress and government. The states are free to govern themselves, provided they do not contradict Mexico’s national constitution. Several of the states have existed in largely the same form since the Treaty of Córdoba confirmed Mexico’s independence in 1821. The last to gain admission to the federation were Quintana Roo and Baja California Sur in 1974.

Parishes of Jamaica

Although Jamaica seems like a small speck on the globe, it is the third largest island in the Caribbean. The country is divided into three counties (Cornwall, Middlesex and Surrey) and 14 parishes. Each parish has its own unique features as well as the perfect locations for beautiful weddings.
